AAP MLA Amit Ratan Kotfatta’s associate has already been arrested

Rashim Garg was arrested in Bathinda on a complaint lodged by the husband of Ghudda village head on February, alleging It was learned that the accused 34 is demanding a bribe of five lakh rupees in lieu of releasing a government grant of lakh rupees. A team of Vigilance Bureau in Bathinda nabbed Garg with Rs 4 lakh in cash.
