Some temples were vandalized in Australia

Arindam Bagchi, spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs said We know that recently some temples have been vandalized in Australia. We strongly condemn it. It has also been publicly condemned by Australian leaders, community leaders and religious organizations there. He said that our Consulate General in Melbourne has taken up the matter with the local police. We have requested for speedy investigation against the culprits and measures to prevent such incidents in future. The matter has also been taken up with the Australian Government and we look forward to it.
