While hearing the petition, High Court's Chief Justice Ravi Vijay Kumar Malimath and Justice Vishal Mishra's double bench has given instructions to make the Municipal Corporation non-applicant including MP and MLA. The next hearing on the petition has been fixed after four weeks. Please tell that a petition has been filed on behalf of gold trader Rajesh Kumar Bhura. It was said in this that there is an old market from Malviya Chowk to Kotwali in Jabalpur city. Bullion, clothes, utensils, grocery and other trades are done in different areas in the old market. Challenging action is taken by the police and administration against the vehicles and shop operators standing in front of the shops. Other business associations, including the Bullion Traders Association, have provided footpaths for people to walk in the market, parking for vehicles and other Representation was given to the district and police administration regarding the traffic arrangements. The roads have been made one-way in the name of traffic management. Due to this, the two wheeler rider has difficulty in coming to the market. During the hearing of the petition, the Jugalpeeth found that the Municipal Corporation including MP, MLA has not been made non-applicant in the petition.
