Senior officials of various security forces and intelligence agencies, including Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, Chief Secretary AK Mehta, Northern Command Army Commander Lt Gen Upendra Dwivedi and Director General of Police (DGP) Dilbag Singh attended the meeting.
