When the daughter did not return home, he searched for her in relatives and nearby. But no one came to know. He suspects that some unknown person has seduced the daughter. On the complaint, the police registered the case and arrested the victim. The victim told that On January, the accused Vinod Rajak called him to the Bedi Nagar grocery shop and then took him to the bypass by sitting in an auto. After which he took her to Bhopal without informing her, where he kept her in a rented room for four days and raped her. The police presented the challan before the court after registering a case against the accused Vinod Rajak under other sections including misdemeanor, ST-SC and POCSO Act.
