Mishri Chand Gupta’s hotel Jairam Palace was located near Makronia square of Sagar. District Magistrate Deepak Arya said, “For security reasons, traffic was stopped by placing barricades around the intersection. People living in buildings around the hotel were alerted. There was no damage.”
