Delhi Police has constituted an inquiry committee under the chairmanship of Special Commissioner Shalini Singh and asked them to submit the inquiry report at the earliest. An official said that after receiving the report of the probe committee, the Delhi Police is expected to submit its report on the incident to the Home Ministry. A senior police officer said about the case that five people traveling in the car have been arrested.
