The Home Department has issued a formal notification of NIA Police Station in Madhya Pradesh. The name of this police station will be National Investigation Agency Police Station. The state government has formally issued a notification in this regard. The jurisdiction of this police station will be the whole of Madhya Pradesh. The establishment of this police station will help in better coordination between the NIA and the Madhya Pradesh Police and better conduct their activities in the state. The Home Department of the Government of Madhya Pradesh has formally issued the notification. It has been said that the name of this police station will be National Investigation Agency i.e. National Investigation Agency Police Station. Presently its address will be third floor in Old Crime Investigation Department, Jahangirabad, Bhopal. This is the first police station of NIA in the state. This police station will be under the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Central Government. In this, the appointment to the vacant posts will be done from Delhi only. Temporarily, this police station has been kept at Jahangirabad. When the NIA will get the land from the state government, then the work of setting up a separate police station will start. Cases from other states will be transferred to Madhya Pradesh At this time NIA did not have any police station in Madhya Pradesh. Due to this, the investigation of the cases of Madhya Pradesh was also being done outside. Now all those cases will be transferred to the police station of Madhya Pradesh and necessary action will be taken on it. This new police station will have DSP level officers as well as TI.
