But he was downgraded and allotted a non-clinical subject seat. High Court Chief Justice Ravi Vijay Kumar Malimath and Justice Vishal Mishra have issued notices to the non-applicants seeking answers. In the petition filed on behalf of the petitioner Shubhangi Raj, it was said that she is a student of SC-ST category. She had appeared in the NEET Pre PG exam for admission in medical course. In the first round of counselling, she was allotted a clinical stream seat in a private medical college. She appeared for the second round of counseling for an upgrade. In the second counselling, he was allotted a non-clinical subject seat in the Government Medical College. stated in the petition It was said that the seat of clinical subject has been allotted to the non-applicant student who got less marks. After hearing the petition, the Jugalpeeth has issued a notice to the non-applicant student along with the Principal Secretary and Director Medical Education, seeking a reply. Advocate Aditya Sanghi appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
