Congress MP Manish Tiwari has given a notice in Lok Sabha demanding that question hour, zero hour and other legislative work should be stopped for discussion, while Congress leaders Randeep Surjewala and Syed Nasir Hussain in Rajya Sabha Similar notices were given.
