The Gwalior bench of the High Court has termed the Scheduled Caste certificate of Ashoknagar BJP MLA Jajpal Singh Jajji as fake. Instructions have been given to the police to register a criminal case against him for contesting elections from a seat reserved for Scheduled Castes on the basis of fake caste certificate. Along with this, a fine of fifty thousand rupees has also been imposed on Jajji. The High Court has also asked the Speaker of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly to cancel the membership of Jajji. Jajji is considered a supporter of Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia. This election petition 1670831108 was imposed by BJP leader Ladduram Kori, who lost from Jajji in the assembly elections. Jajji’s caste certificate was challenged in the High Court. Kori’s allegation was that in Punjab, the Kir caste gets the reservation of Scheduled Caste, but in Madhya Pradesh, this caste does not get the benefit of reservation under Scheduled Caste. BJP MLA Jajpal Singh had put up the same Scheduled Caste certificate in the by-elections as well. Election Commission’s advocate Sangam Jain had attached Jajji’s caste certificates along with Ladduram Kori’s petition during the hearing. After the order of the High Court, the election of Jajji, who contested on the basis of fake caste certificate, has automatically become void. what’s the matter

Kir caste has been given reservation in Punjab but not in Madhya Pradesh. Corey had filed the election petition on this basis. 2020 Jajji also joined BJP after Jyotiraditya Scindia joined BJP.
