Due to rain and snowfall on the mountains, the cold is increasing in the plains. In many states including Jammu-Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand, mercury is continuously seen falling due to which people are facing problems.
