Aam Aadmi Party registered a thumping victory in Delhi Municipal Corporation elections. AAP registered a landslide victory on 250 out of 250 seats. While the second place Bharatiya Janata Party captured seats. BJP ruled MCD for years, but AAP has shown the way out this time. Of all the 7 Lok Sabha constituencies in Delhi, the BJP performed brilliantly in only three, while it faced a humiliating defeat in four. East Delhi, North-East Delhi and Chandni Chowk are the three Lok Sabha seats where the BJP outperformed AAP in the Delhi civic polls.
