Boycott the meeting of Business Advisory Committee of Rajya Sabha

It may be known that several leaders of the opposition parties boycotted the meeting of the Business Advisory Committee (BAC) of Rajya Sabha on Thursday in protest against Prime Minister Narendra Modi not making a statement in the Parliament on the Manipur issue and despite the ordinance on Delhi service matter being under consideration by the government. Leaders of other opposition parties, including Congress, Left, Trinamool Congress, DMK, RJD, NCP and AAP, walked out of the BAC meeting after Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar did not register written protest.
