Farooq Abdullah attacked the Modi government at the Center and said that it did not fulfill its promises in the Union Territory. 15,000 Jobs were promised, where did those jobs go? Our doctors, nurses, paramedical staff and our children are all unemployed. Choice is important here. Everything cannot be done by a Governor, you cannot hold him accountable.
