The court of First Class Judicial Magistrate Jyoti Singh Tekam, while hearing the application of the woman, has issued orders to register a case in the case of second marriage. Please tell that in the application filed on behalf of Gunjandeep, resident of Anuppur, it was said that she was married to Dheeraj, a resident of Jabalpur, on Happened with Kanda alias Krishna. After this both of them also had a child. After the marriage, the husband and his family members started torturing her for dowry. Because of this, she was forced to live separately from her husband and filed an application in the court for maintenance. The amount of maintenance was fixed by the court. The husband was not providing her the amount of maintenance as per the order of the court. Due to non-compliance of the order, the court had also issued a warrant against him. It was said in the application that the husband had remarried a girl named Shalini without obtaining legal divorce from her. A child was born from the second marriage as well. Second marriage without divorcing the first wife is illegal. Due to which the said application has been filed.
