Nehasingh, who made headlines with the song 'UP Mein Ka Ba', has made a tweet, due to which this complaint has been registered. Advocate Nimesh Pathak, metropolitan convenor of the BJP's law cell, has lodged this complaint and termed it as objectionable and hurtful to sentiments. Neha has been embroiled in many political controversies even before this. Nimesh Pathak lodged this police complaint late on Thursday night in Indore. Nimesh said that Nehasingh had tweeted recently, pointing out the urine incident on tribals in Sidhi, MP. In this one person is seen urinating on another. In the tweet post, Neha Rathore has also shown black cap and khaki neckerchief. The Legal Cell has taken objection on this. Attempt to tarnish the image of Sangh0702884 1688719082 Pathak filed a section of IT Act against the singer and have demanded registration of cases under various sections of the Indian Penal Code. Pathak gave a written complaint to the police saying that it was an attempt to tarnish the image of the Sangh and misrepresent it. Sangh's identity black cap has been put on the head of a person who urinates on someone else. A khaki neckerchief is visible on the side. This is clearly an attempt to tarnish the image of the Sangh. The tweet has been done from the official Twitter handle of Neha Singh. Neha has given the title above it 'MP Mein Ka Ba'. It is notable that before this, singer Rathore has also been caught in controversies through her songs on the UP government's bulldozer action. ,
