A single bench of Justice Nandita Dubey observed during the hearing that despite the intervention of the senior officer, the DEO has not relieved the employee on the transfer order. In the petition filed by Brajesh Kumar, a Class III employee posted in the District Education Officer's office, it has been said that the Commissioner School Years of education he was transferred to the Provincial College of Education. Despite this, the District Education Officer did not relieve him. Representation was given to District Education Officer, Collector and Joint Director regarding being relieved. The Joint Director also took strict action regarding the attitude of the District Education Officer. Despite this, the District Education Officer remained adamant on the decision not to relieve, on which the High Court has been taken refuge. After the hearing, the court has directed the DEO to appear and give an explanation. ,
