Presenting the final report of the departmental inquiry on behalf of the government, it was told that 18 Recovery orders have been issued punishing the culprits. High Court Chief Justice Ravi Vijay Kumar Malimath and Justice Vishal Mishra issued orders to present the status report of the action and fixed the next hearing in the first week of January. Tell that in the public interest litigation filed by Bijuri resident Rajesh Dwivedi, it was said that Bijuri Municipal Council is underdeveloped And the majority of the population is tribal. News paper related to corruption of more than Rs. was published in In the audit reports also a major corruption was exposed by the Municipal Council Bijuri. In connection with rampant corruption and unethical misuse of funds given for tribal development, letters were written to Director Urban Administration and Development Directorate Bhopal MP and Co-Director Urban Administration and Development Shahdol and Economic Offenses Wing Bhopal. On which an inquiry was ordered and inquiry reports regarding being corrupt were also presented. Despite this, no action was taken against the culprits. During the hearing of the petition, the High Court was told that the total 26 persons have been found guilty. In which departmental inquiry orders have been issued against departmental persons. During the hearing of the petition, the couple was told that against the then CMO Meena Kori, two increments should be stopped and Action has been taken to recover Rs. Withholding of two increments against Sub Engineer Vandana Awasthi and 50 lakh 233 Recovery of thousand rupees, stoppage of two increments against Kamla Kaul and Lakh 24 Action has been taken to recover Rs. Apart from this, action has been taken for recovery, dismissal from service and warning against 8 others. Advocate Dheeraj Kumar Tiwari appeared on behalf of the petitioner. ,
