Fighting in toll plaza – Photo: Amar Ujala Expansion A case of assault with a family from Maharashtra at the toll plaza in Shivpuri has come to light. The incident was carried out by the employees of Purankhedi toll plaza. Many family members were injured in this. The victim’s family has lodged a complaint in the Kolaras police station. At the same time, the police have registered a case against six toll workers under sections of assault. It is being told that the victim’s family is a resident of Amravati, Maharashtra. Chief Najib-ur-Rehman’s son Shafi-ur-Rehman told- We were returning to Amravati from Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh in two cars. Our vehicles reached Purankhedi toll plaza on Sunday night. Our tax on toll barrier was not deducted from fastag while there was a balance of 766 Rs. Toll workers said that the balance of Fastag is over. We refused to accept this. On this the two employees present there started abusing. Najeeb-ur-Rehman told that we got down from the car and refused to abuse the toll workers. After this his other accomplices came there and started fighting with us. When the girls in the car tried to stop, a toll worker hit an iron pipe on the head of a girl. Blood started oozing from his head. When our children started making videos of the fight, the toll workers snatched away their mobiles and broke them. From there we went to the police station and lodged a complaint. On the complaint of the victim side, the Kolaras police has registered an FIR against six people. The names of the accused are Awadhesh Dhakad, Shera Goswami, Shivam Bhargava, Satyendra Raghuvanshi, Mohan Raghuvanshi and Munesh Dhakad. The police is probing the matter and taking further action. ,
