In the petition filed by the Junior Doctors Association, the examination was challenged before the stipulated time period. During the hearing of the petition, the Controller of Examinations of the University personally appeared before the High Court Justice Sujay Paul and Justice AK Paliwal’s couple bench on Monday. The next hearing on the petition has been fixed by the couple on June. In the petition filed by the Junior Doctor’s Association, it was said that the main examination of MD-MS by the Medical University The exam is being conducted from June 6. According to the rules, the MD-MS exam should be held in 233 month. The examination is being organized by the Medical University in the month of . Due to Corona, the duty of junior doctors was imposed. Classes were interrupted for 6 months due to Corona. It has been said in the petition that the examination should be conducted after 6 months of submission of the thesis. The thesis was submitted by him in January. The main examination is being organized before the scheduled 6 months. According to the rules, the examination should be conducted three months after the approval of the thesis. The thesis submitted so far has not been approved. Only after the thesis approval is allowed to appear in the examination. It has been said in the petition that the university is conducting the main examination arbitrarily keeping the rules in mind. While hearing the petition, the High Court personally summoned the Controller of Examinations of the University. During the hearing on the petition on Monday, the couple was told that the association has filed the said petition without the permission of all the members. The members have not passed any resolution authorizing the association to file the petition. The above petition has been filed by hiding the facts and most of the students are in favor of conducting the examination. After the hearing, the couple’s bench refused to stay the examinations starting from Tuesday. ,
