The High Court has dismissed another petition

Justice Satish Chander Sharma and Justice Subramaniam Prasad’s division bench has reserved its order after hearing the arguments of the petitioner and the defendants on Tuesday. RBI has opposed the petition filed in the court, which states that 2000 rupee notes will continue to be legal tender. However, the same division bench of the Delhi High Court on Monday dismissed a petition challenging the RBI’s permission to exchange Rs 2000 notes without any identity proof. ,
