Taking a dig at the state government, Congress leader Digvijay Singh said that Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had promised to double the income of farmers by 2022, but It will not be possible to find a single farmer whose income has doubled. Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh alleged that only Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s income has doubled. Countering this, state BJP secretary Rajneesh Agarwal said that Digvijay Singh should not try to scare people.
