The administration has taken back the possession of this land. This land was given to Gokaldas firm of Mumbai many years ago for raising horses. The market value of the land situated behind Suraj Nagar Judicial Academy has been estimated to be around 233 crore rupees. Collector Ashish Singh told that in the past this The lease of acres of land was terminated and cancelled. This land has been taken into the possession of the government on Saturday. Tehsildar Avneesh Mishra told that in village Sevaniya Gond, Khasra number , area Acre of land was given on lease to Gokuldas of Mumbai. The lease of this land was given in 2005. Whose lease was renewed in 2005 but on inspection of the land it was found that its lease conditions were violated and the purpose for which this land was given has not been followed. by Collector Bhopal 1st June the lease was terminated. In the appeal, the Divisional Commissioner Bhopal also rejected the appeal of Harsh Gokuldas. The Tehsildar had again registered the name of Madhya Pradesh government in Khasra. The land was re-entered on Saturday and physical possession was taken by the government. The cost of this land as per the market value 1685180910 per sq.ft approx crore.
