Where he had a physical relationship with the minor and later absconded leaving her at Ujjain. On the report of the minor, the Chimanganj police station registered a case against the accused and presented the charge sheet in the court for further action in the matter. On which the court convicted the young man and sentenced him to imprisonment for 29 years. Deputy Director (Prosecution) Dr. Saket Vyas told that December 2021 afternoon Around 2 o’clock accused Sherushah alias Naharu’s father Shakeel Shah found a minor in Kshirsagar, from where Sheru took the minor in an auto to his friend’s house in Pithampur and kept him there for two days. Then the accused had taken a house at Pithampur where he kept the minor with him for 29 days. He had physical relations even when the minor refused. Then on 5th January 2021 night 26 at o’clock the accused left him in front of Chimanganj police station and ran away. Then the minor went to the police station and after the arrival of the parents, she informed the police about the incident. Police Station Chimanganjmandi registered the crime and after completing the research, the charge sheet was presented in the Honorable Court. By the Court of Special Judge, (Poxo Act) District Ujjain accused Sherushah alias Naharu father Shakeel Shah Age Years Resident- Opposite Jeevajiganj Police Station, Doli Gali District Ujjain Convicted and sentenced to 29 years of hard labor Punishment with imprisonment and fine of four thousand rupees. ,
