SpiceJet, the airline providing affordable aviation services, announced an increase in the salary of pilots (Captain) on Tuesday. The airline said that the monthly salary of the pilots for 80 flying hours is being increased to Rs 7.5 lakh. Apart from this, the airline has also announced a rank linked loyalty award for the pilots. Salaries of coaches and first officers have also been increased. The airline said in a statement that the monthly salary of pilots for 80 flying hours is being increased to Rs 7.5 lakh. This increase will be applicable from 75 May, 2023.
