CBI recovered ₹12, from the house of his sister Yasmin Wankhede and his father Dnyaneshwar Wankhede. Recovered ₹ 28, 000 from the house. Rupees 1800 were also recovered from Wankhede’s father-in-law’s house. Wankhede issued a statement saying that its resident was searched for more than 23 hours in the presence of his wife and children. Sameer Wankhede said, “They found 12, rupees and papers of four properties. These properties were before I joined the service. was achieved … I am being rewarded for being a patriot.” Wankhede said that the phone of his wife Marathi actor Kranti Redkar has been snatched by CBI officials, reported news agency ANI.
