The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government of Delhi reached the Supreme Court on Friday alleging that the Center Not implementing the transfer of the secretary. Chief Justice DY Chandrachud said he would constitute a bench to hear the matter next week. Will constitute Senior advocate AM Singhvi, appearing for the Delhi government, mentioned the matter before a bench of Chief Justice and Justice PS Narasimha, saying the top court has already pronounced the verdict yesterday and it could be a contempt case. Articles of the Constitution 141 Contempt of order underSinghvi said that this under Article 496 of the Constitution There can be contempt of court order and a bench needs to hear it urgently. He said that they are saying that we will not transfer anyone. In view of the judgment pronounced yesterday, I may file a contempt petition but it will take time. So please list the issue. Hours after the Supreme Court granted control over transfer-posting to the AAP government, Delhi government's Services Department secretary Ashish More was removed from his post. AK Singh, former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Delhi Jal Board, will replace More.
