Bengaluru : A BJP worker was attacked on Sunday night in Bengaluru, Karnataka. South Bengaluru MP Tejasvi Surya has told the hand of Congress behind this attack. South Bengaluru MP Tejaswi Surya has alleged that one of the BJP workers in Bengaluru’s BTM Layout was attacked by Congress workers on Sunday night. He has also shared pictures of the worker’s injuries on social media. After the attack, the victim was admitted to the hospital.

B J P MP accuses ex-Congress councilor The hand of the former councilor is behind it. He has written in his tweet that our worker Harinath was brutally attacked by Congress miscreants in BTM Layout. He is in the hospital now. A similar attack on his life was made two years ago as well. He said that Harinath has mentioned that he was assaulted by former councilor Manjunath Reddy. Still no action has been taken so far. However, the Bangalore South MP later clarified that Harinath was initially attacked in 901 and not two years ago.

No arrest even after seven hours of attack

BJP MP alleged that Harinath was arrested earlier by Bengaluru police when he Earlier, a complaint was lodged against the attack on him. He said that I am now at Madiwala police station with Harinath’s daughter. When a similar attack was made on him in the past, an FIR was lodged. Guess what the BTM Layout police did? Arrest the victim Harinath yourself. Even after 7 hours of registration of FIR, no action, no arrest has been made.

However later BJP MP Tejashwi Surya said that the police on Monday Has promised to arrest the accused till morning. DCP South East Madiwala came to the police station. He assured that the suspects would be arrested before 7. in the morning. I have faith in my system and hope arrests will be made. If the arrest is not promised, it means that the authorities concerned have facilitated the escape of the suspects by not taking timely action.
