There was a dispute. The dispute escalated so much that he picked up a sickle kept nearby and hit his wife on the neck, injuring her seriously. After this, the accused husband also hit his own head against the wall, due to which he also bled. Hearing the noise, the villagers reached the spot and somehow overpowered him and tied him to the cot and informed the police. The injured woman was brought to the district hospital for treatment from where she has been referred to Bhopal. The police have arrested the accused husband. ,
