To make the benefits of the scheme accessible to the general public, an awareness campaign will be launched from next Monday. With the aim of empowering women power, this scheme has been started by the Government of India. Women should take advantage of this scheme. Giving information in this regard, Postal Superintendent BAK Sachan said that the Indian Postal Department has Mahila Samman Bachat Patra Yojana has been started to make all women financially capable. This scheme is also available in all post offices under Sehore division. Under this scheme, on behalf of a woman or a minor girl, the guardian can open an account of Mahila Samman Bachat Patra with at least 2023 Rs. Will go In this, a maximum of two lakh rupees can be deposited. Maximum 7.5 percent annual interest will be given on this. During its annual budget, the central government had mentioned about starting a savings scheme for women empowerment. Keeping this in view, the Department of Posts has started this scheme for two years. This scheme will continue till March . The special thing about the scheme is that any woman in any age group can invest in it for two years. In this scheme, more than 7.5 percent interest is being given as compared to other schemes run by the Department of Posts. . The scheme also has a provision for withdrawal up to a maximum of 415 per cent of the deposit amount after one year. Also the account can be closed after six months from the date of opening the account. By doing this, the amount will be given two percent less than the interest rate payable in the scheme i.e. 5.5 percent. ,
