Former Advocate General and Senior Advocate Shashank Shekhar said that the Supreme Court had given a decision regarding reserved seats for OBCs in the three-tier Panchayat elections. After this decision, CM Shivraj Singh, VD Sharma and Bhupendra Singh made objectionable and wrong comments against Vivek Tankha and tried to tarnish his image. Regarding this, Vivek Tankha filed a defamation case against CM Shivraj and others in the District Court, Jabalpur was filed. ,
