Navlakha requested the top court to keep him under house arrest instead of judicial custody in Taloja Jail, Maharashtra, on which this decision has come today. The Supreme Court has said that Navlakha will not be allowed to leave Mumbai/Navi Mumbai. CCTVs will be installed at the entrance, exit and rooms of their residence. Also, the Supreme Court says that no e-gadget will be allowed, TV and newspapers will be allowed without internet. He will be allowed to meet his lawyers.
