The Task Force has prepared the first draft of the new Gambling Act . The task force will send its recommendations to the government on May. After this the government will take further decision. Public Gambling Act in the State is applicable. Adequate provisions against online gambling will be included in this. In fact, gaming companies are engaged in increasing the share of users on online platforms. Claims to make people win huge amount of money through the game. In such a situation, due to the possibility of promoting gambling, online betting, the state government is taking strict steps. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has made the Gambling Act regarding this had announced the amendment. FOR THE ACT OF 2022 THE NEW PUBLIC GAMBLING ACT A meeting of the Task Force was held to prepare the Act (including provisions against online gambling). Now the next meeting has been kept on May 4 .
