He has been sentenced to rigorous imprisonment for life. While imposing a fine of Rs 2,000 each on the accused, the court directed the government to provide compensation of Rs 2 lakh to the victim. Mandir had asked him to go alone to Madan Mahal station. In Madan Mahal, the accused Sunny Choudhary took him along with him to the hut of Tiger alias Kailash in Gada Mohalla. The accused raped the victim. After this, he called his friends Ajay Chaudhary alias Ajju, Sawan Raidas, Pramod Ahirwar, Shivam, Shiva, Arvind Patel. Everyone also raped the victim. All the accused being of one opinion kept the victim hostage in the hut for three days and raped her. Police filed a case against the accused under other sections including gangrape and POCSO Act and presented the challan before the court. On the basis of the witnesses and evidence presented during the hearing, the court convicted the accused and sentenced them to rigorous imprisonment for life and a fine of two thousand rupees each. Two accused in the case were minors and one accused has been acquitted by the court due to lack of evidence.
