If the Delhi government is to be believed then from today itself this flyover will be completely open for general public or traffic.

What do the traffic police have to say Giving information about the case, the traffic police said that after the flyover is handed over by the PWD, the traffic police team will first check it for road safety and see whether the flyover was used during repairing. Whether all the goods being carried have been removed from the road or not. Only after doing this the traffic will be allowed to pass through here. Stating further, the traffic police said that the traffic on the flyover would be fully opened by Friday.

PWD Minister Atishi while talking on the matter said that- it is our priority to get the people of the state free from traffic jam. Working fast in this direction, PWD has completed the maintenance work of Chirag Delhi flyover a week ahead of its fixed timeline. Now that the repair work of both the carriage-ways has been completed, this flyover will be fully opened for traffic movement. He further told that- CM Arvind Kejriwal himself was also constantly monitoring the maintenance work of the flyover.
