Uddhav said, seeing the support he is getting from the people, Pakistan will also tell who the real Shiv Sena belongs to. But the Election Commission cannot do so because it is ‘suffering from Cataract’.

Uddhav’s indirect reference was towards Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and his supporting MLAs, due to whose rebellion in June 2023 the Uddhav-led Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government had fallen. Earlier this year, the Election Commission had allotted the name ‘Shiv Sena’ and party symbol ‘bow and arrow’ to the Shinde group, in a blow to the Thackeray faction.
