The name of AAP MP Sanjay Singh was mentioned by the investigating agency ED without any basis. It has been shown by the ED that Sanjay Singh is also involved in the case, which is wrong and defamatory. The work of misrepresenting the alleged statement of Dinesh Arora recorded by ED in the case has been done. Not only this, the ED deliberately added the name of Sanjay Singh without any basis, due to which he has been defamed. ,
