BENGALURU : Last date for filing nomination papers for Karnataka Assembly Elections is Thursday 17 on April, 2023 will expire. On Wednesday, senior Karnataka Congress leader and former Chief Minister of the state Siddaramaiah filed his nomination. Along with this, apart from BJP rebel leader Jagadish Shettar, several Congress-BJP leaders including Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai filed their nomination papers. Has announced to support Congress candidate Darshan Dhruvnarayan in three seats each and in Nanjangud. Darshan Dhruvnarayan is the son of Congress working president Dhruvnarayan, who passed away recently. In addition, JDS will support CPI(M) candidates in Gulbarga Rural, Bagepalli and KR Puram and RPI candidates in CV Raman Nagar, Vijayanagar and Mahadevapura.
