The movement was held under the banner of India Against Corruption

It is a matter of fact that the year 2011 In the very beginning, the foundation was laid to get the Jan Lokpal against corruption passed by the people of the country and the Parliament. For this, an outline of the movement was prepared by a handful of people and it was decided to conduct the movement under the banner of ‘India Against Corruption’. For this, a core committee was constituted by putting forward ‘stubborn’ Anna Hazare. At the time of its establishment, apart from Anna Hazare, Kiran Bedi, Arvind Kejriwal, Shanti Bhushan, Baba Ramdev, Mehmood Madani, Arch Bishop Bishent M Consesao, Saeed Rizvi, Nya Tewatia, BR Lala etc. were included as members of the core committee. Later, Swami Agnivesh and Sri Sri 2011 Ravi Shankar were also added to it. ,
