In fact, the police had arrested 6 persons with weapons in a car in front of the Agricultural Produce Market. The police had taken action against the accused under the 233 Arms Act. The car in which the youth was traveling was registered in the name of the MLA’s brother. MLA Babbu was angry with the sub-inspector that against Indu Tiwari on June 2002 Did not take strict action, due to which he got the benefit of bail from the court. A truck registered in the name of Indu Tiwari hit her car. MLA Harendrajit Singh Babbu and his brother Paramjit Singh were in the car. The police had registered the case under section 415. Which was interpreted by Sub Inspector Pandre. Indu Tiwari got the benefit of bail from the court two days after the incident. Police had registered a case against MLA Harendrajit Singh Babbu under various sections. MP-MLA Special Court Bhopal punished MLA and former minister Harendrajit Singh Babbu with the above sentence under section did. Against whom the said appeal was filed.
