BJP is in power in Karnataka. At the same time, Congress is in the role of the main opposition party in the state. Whereas, Janata Dal (Secular) is the third major political force in the state. The main contest is being said between the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party and the main rival Congress in the state. Let us tell that there is 224 member assembly in Karnataka. Currently BJP has 75 seats, Congress has 75 seats and JD(S) has are MLAs. There, two seats are vacant.
