New Delhi: The Election Commission has given a sharp response to the question raised by the Congress state president of Assam on the Election Commission. The Congress, in a crucial meeting with the Election Commission, alleged that the Assam delimitation process was a "premeditated move" and that there was "match-fixing" between the Election Commission and the BJP on the issue. On the other hand, on this issue, Chief Election Commissioner Rajeev Kumar while talking to the media on the allegation of the Congress party said that the Election Commission does not take instructions from anyone. As a commission, our process rests on two foundations - disclosure and participation." The commission operates within a legal framework adhering to principles of justice.
