What did Pawan Kheda tweet, for which he had to apologize

Kheda did this tweet after his name was not included in the list of Rajya Sabha candidates released by the Congress. He said on stage in the presence of Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and other senior party leaders, I apologize to all of you today.
