Police told that he came in contact with ISI agents in Dubai. The Punjab and Haryana High Court on Sunday issued a notice to the Punjab government on a petition seeking the 'release' of Amritpal Singh. Petitioner Iman Singh Khara claimed that Amritpal Singh was "illegally and forcibly" detained by the police.
