A single bench of Justice Sanjay Dwivedi has issued notices to PSC, Principal Secretary of Health and Family Welfare Department, Health Commissioner, Registrar of Barkatulla University and others and directed them to submit their replies. These cases have been filed on behalf of Sehore resident Juhi Tamarkar, Tikamgarh resident Vinita Nag and others. It states that despite having the qualification, they are being denied interview. It was stated on behalf of the petitioners that the PSC had on July 7 2022 appointed Advertisement was issued for recruitment to the posts. For this it was mandatory to do Diploma in Hospital Management with PG. The petitioners took the examination and passed. It was contended that despite having all the qualifications, he was disqualified on February . The petitioners presented representations to the concerned departments on March 1 and said that they have additional qualifications along with the prescribed qualifications. When no hearing took place, a petition was filed in the High Court. Not only this, the court was told that the interview for the said posts is to be held from 28 March. After hearing, the court while giving the above instructions issued notices to the non-applicants and directed them to file their reply. Advocates Rameshwar Singh Thakur and Vinayak Shah appeared on behalf of the petitioner. ,
