During this, PM Modi said that we have to focus on technology innovation in disaster management. PM Modi said that we have to strengthen the disaster management regime in urban local bodies. Urban local bodies will respond only when there is a disaster, it will not work now. We have to institutionalize the plan and we have to review the local plan.
