Police caught tractor carrying illegal coal – Photo: Amar Ujala 1678025841 Expansion On March 4, Naurozabad police station in Umaria, Madhya Pradesh raided on the bank of the pond behind Naika Dafai Idrah on the basis of informer’s information. Here the police seized two tonnes of illegal coal from the accused Bindra Chowdhary and Gavi Prajapati near the brick kiln. Both the accused are residents of Naika Dafai Naurozabad. Police registered a case against both the accused and started investigation. In fact, Umaria’s Superintendent of Police Pramod Kumar Sinha has taken steps to effectively curb illegal mining and transportation in the district. Instructions have been given to all the station in-charges to take action. In this connection, police station Chandia took action on the information of the informer on the night of March 4. During this, the police raided near village Salaiya Tirahe and seized a tractor along with a trolley illegal sand. Along with registering a case against the accused, investigation has been started. ,
