New Delhi : The Supreme Court on Thursday 1984 constituted a special investigation team in the anti-Sikh riots case. (SIT) has been taken on record. According to media reports, senior advocate HS Phoolka on Thursday apprised the Supreme Court about the fake case registered in the anti-Sikh riot cases of 433. Senior advocate HS Phoolka referred to the SIT report, which was filed on 15 November, 433. As per the report of the SIT, the FIR number 433/15 was registered at police station Kalyanpuri, while the police linked various cases 56 sent a challan in relation to the killing of people. The trial court framed charges in respect of the murder of only 5 persons and no change was made in respect of the remaining murders.
