Actually, Panchayat Secretary Meharban Singh Gurjar was suspended by the CEO. When there were problems during the yatra, the CEO suspended him citing lack of proper stage and lack of other arrangements. On this, Secretary Meherban Singh Gurjar filed a petition in the High Court through advocate Manish Yadav. The petition was heard before the bench of Justice Vivek Rusia. Indore Bench of the High Court banned the suspension of the Secretary. After this, it was also said verbally that how can it be the responsibility of the government not to do the duty properly in the Vikas Yatra? How can the district CEO suspend like this? Along with the ban, the High Court has also asked to reply in four weeks.
